Using mogs.you
mogs.you lets you claim a username and upload a static website you made. A valid upload is published automatically at your username URL. By creating an account or using the site you agree to these terms. mogs.you is an early prototype, so features may change, break, or be removed.
Your account
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password private. Give accurate details, and do not claim a username to impersonate someone else or to hold names you do not intend to use.
Your content
You keep ownership of everything you upload. You give mogs.you permission to store, process and serve your files only so the service can run. You confirm you have the right to use everything in your website.
What you cannot upload or publish
Malware, phishing or spoofed login pages, content that is illegal, content that harasses or threatens people, or anything that infringes someone else's rights. Raster image ZIP uploads are temporarily enabled for the test account ollie only. SVG, audio, video and fonts cannot be uploaded; other users should host images elsewhere and link to them. We may remove content or accounts that break these rules.
Availability
We try to keep the service running but do not promise it will always be available, and uploaded sites may be lost while the service is in prototype. Keep your own copy of your files.
Ending your account
You can stop using mogs.you at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put other users at risk.
Liability
The service is provided as it is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, mogs.you is not liable for losses from using it or from content other people publish.
Changes
We may update these terms. If changes are significant we will say so on the site. Continuing to use mogs.you means you accept the new terms.
